We recommend that you register your Will since a registered will has many advantages
even though the registration of the Will is not mandatory. The registration of a
Will provides evidence that all the relevant parties had appeared before the registering
officers and the latter had attested the same after ascertaining their identity.
A certified copy of a registered Will can always be obtained through the registrar
at a subsequent date. A Will can be registered at a nearby Registrar’s or Sub-Registrar’s
office. PlaNext currently offers Will Registration Services in Bangalore and Delhi-NCR.
We will launch this service in eight other locations shortly.
