Talish Ray, is the founding partner of TRS Law Offices and has extensive
experience in the area of practice involving Corporate Advisory, Knowledge-Based
Industries and Foreign Non-Profits. She has dexterously managed setting up e-commerce
ventures and works closely with emerging start ups.
An alumnus of La Martiniere Girls College, Lady Shri Ram College she got her degree
in Law from Delhi University, and trained as a lawyer in one of India's premier
law firms. She has worked extensively with young entrepreneurs and corporate houses.
She has appeared before the Supreme Court of India as well as the various High Courts
around the country. Besides being an empanelled lawyer for various State Bodies,
she is pro-actively engaged in identifying emerging corporate practices and is well
respected for her knowledge in the field of law.
Presently serving as the Convener for the panel for gender sensitivity at the Executive
Council of the Confederation of Indian Industries (Delhi State) she has also been
appointed as a senior counsel at the High Court of Delhi for the Union of India.
Sunieta Ojha has over a decade of experience as a lawyer and is managing
TRS litigation practice for individual & corporate clients covering Commercial,
Corporate and Family Law matters and involving appearance and arguments at Courts
and Tribunals in Delhi-NCR. She has handled disputes at the Supreme Court, High
Courts, and other Civil and Criminal Courts, Tribunals and Appellate Authorities.
Sunieta did her Bachelors and Masters from Miranda House College and then went on
to do an LLB from Campus Law College, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
Sunieta Ojha’s primary practice consists of dispute resolution and is actively involved
in the areas of Arbitration, Recovery Matters, White Collar Crimes, Consumer Dispute
Resolution, Family Law Matters And Advisory On Policy Related Issues. She actively
advises clients on internal policy matters pertaining to ethical-legal compliance
and conducting inquiries on potentially significant violations. She has extensive
experience in advising international corporate houses on structuring and compliances
under Indian Law and Taxation Litigation remains her area of strength. She has recently
been appointed a Senior Counsel for the Union of India and represents them at various

E G Santosh: With over 18 years in the media and communications industry,
Santosh is a Senior Partner at Route-01 and takes care of Account Management and
Planning. In the past, he has worked with The Hindu, Times of India, McCann Relationship
Marketing and Ogilvy International. Some of his former clients include ITC Foods,
Nestle, Perfetti, MetLife Insurance, Intel, Microsoft, Chevrolet, Aviva, and Lufthansa
among many others.
Santosh brings a very unique yet disciplined view to the practice of digital marketing.
He strongly believes that to create, build and maintain strong brands, one has to
marry technology with a detailed understanding of industry, markets, customers and
competitors. “The game is a challenging one,” he says, “but that’s what keeps us
on our journey.” In his spare time, Santosh enjoys spending time with his family
and friends, or immersing himself in a good book.
Shyam Nair: Shyam began his career as a copywriter, and along his career
he has worked in various areas of brand management – advertising, relationship marketing,
loyalty marketing and social media. He has been with McCann Relationship Marketing,
IKEA Melbourne and Spry Social Media.
In the past he has worked with international brands such as Nestle, Barclays, Lufthansa,
Coca Cola, Hero Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Club Med, to name a few. As a Consulting Director
at Route-01, he is in charge of Business and Brand Strategy. His primary objective
and focus is to generate and deliver ROI to the brands that he works with and also
consult with clients to future-plan their brands and all areas associated with it.
Formerly, he was the co-creator and founder of The Travelling Chef, a much loved
personal chef brand and The Food Project, a ‘giveback’ project that raises awareness
and funds for underprivileged children. He has been an honorary speaker at Social
Media Week 2014 and is a visiting faculty at Christ University, Bangalore where
he teaches International Marketing, Marketing Management and Retail Management.
He also actively guest lectures at various universities and institutions.
